How is Private Yoga Different
from Group Instruction?
Private Yoga instruction is all about you. When working one on one, major energy is expended by the teacher from the first breath of instruction to the end. Besides imparting yoga knowledge, adjusting the asana is done in one of three ways.
First, adjusting the student physically through a hands on approach.
Second, verbally working the client into the pose for brain-body connection.
Third, teaching breathing techniques either to go deeper into a pose, or to free up space in the body through breathing technique.
