What are the Benefits of a Private Yoga Instruction?
Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, we begin with an emphasis on being present in the body, following our breath and warming up. You will learn about prana and how rhythmic breathing charges the body with energy. You will learn the classic yoga asana with flowing breath, proper alignment and mental focus.
Our focus will be to stretch and strengthen the body, releasing chronic muscle tension which underlies many health problems. You may find that during the session you come against physical limitations and/or emtional blocks. Yoga is about accepting where you are and starting from that point. We will end the session in a restorative asana which will revitalize the respiratory, nervous, endocrine, digestive, circulatory and lymphatic systems of the body.
