The Action Plan

Our initial consultation identifies your goals and obstacles. Through asana, breathing and meditation we will put a plan in place for you to work on through the week. Each week we will add on as we watch your heart open and your mind clear. A regular practice restores emotional balance and mental clarity, increasing your capacities for learning and growth. 

Monday  class will be held at Wilton Congregational Church.  Facing the church, park in the Right side parking lot.  Open door and take stairs up to Meeting room. Winter classes begin on Monday, January 14, 2019.
